CWORX Anti-Discrimination Policy
CWORX is committed to providing a safe and inclusive workplace for all employees. We believe that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and we will not tolerate discrimination of any kind.
What is discrimination?
Discrimination is any action, behavior, or language that discriminates against an individual or group by treating them differently or unfairly/less favorably based on their race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic.
Reporting incidents of discrimination
If you experience or witness any form of discrimination in the workplace, we encourage you to report it immediately. You can report incidents to your CWORX Training Site-coordinator, your supervisor, or through the company's anonymous reporting system, the link to which is below. All reports will be taken seriously, and we will take appropriate action to address the situation.
Consequences of discrimination
Any employee found to have engaged in discrimination will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, up to and including termination of employment, and/or other methods for taking accountability and repairing harm. We take these matters seriously and will not tolerate any behavior that goes against our commitment to inclusivity and respect.
Education & Support
We believe that education and support are key elements of creating a safe and inclusive workplace. We will provide ongoing training and education to all employees on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural awareness, and diversity and inclusion. We also provide counseling support to our employees who feel the impact of discrimination.
Shared Responsibility
We are committed to creating a workplace free from discrimination. This policy is just one step we are taking towards achieving that goal. We encourage all employees to work together to foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and equity.
