A certified human development trainer since 2003, Belinda delivers skills and personal development training across the USA. She specializes in developing experiential training programs which embrace adult learning principles. Belinda co-developed a Communication and De-escalation Training for High School Peer Counselors which was the recipient of the Colorado Chiefs’ of Police Pioneer Award. She has also contributed training support for Communication, Mediation, Verbal De-escalation and Mental Health Awareness training for US Federal Agencies, Law Enforcement Agencies, Hostage Negotiators, Hospital Staff and Clinicians, Paramedics and Educators across the country. Belinda is a certified Police Officers Standards and Training (POST) Instructor.
Joe Cassa VP of Training & Curriculum Development
Joe is a Colorado POST certified instructor holding a Master’s Degree, with honors, in Conflict Management along with a Master’s Certificate in Adult Development, Learning and Training. He also bachelor degrees in Criminal Justice and Biological Science with secondary education certification. He has taught hundreds of hours of classes for government, corporate, non-profit organizations and community groups including the Police Officers Standards and Training Association, Regis University, Colorado State Patrol Academy, Jefferson County Colorado Regional Training Academy, National Alliance of the Mentally Ill, County Sheriffs of Colorado, US Department of Justice and Police and Sheriff’s Departments around the country. Joe is the lead faculty member for the undergraduate and graduate conflict management program at Regis University.
